Biography:
Lu Hsian-Fu is a Taiwanese artist born in Taipei in 1964. He is known for his works in architecture, contemporary arts, and interactive communication. He has consistently fused these fields in his art to explore new frontiers in high-tech media. Lu Hsian-Fu has won several awards for his work, including the Yakushi Pearl Award at the Osaka Asian Film Festival for his performance in the Taiwanese movie 'Day Off' in 2023. He is also known for his role in Taiwanese social-realist cinema, also called Taiwan Black Movies or Taiwan Pulp, particularly in the woman's revenge subgenre. Lu Hsian-Fu has also worked with renowned Taiwanese film director Hou Hsiao-hsien.
