Biography:

Mia Liu is a visual artist who lives and creates in Taipei. She was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1980. Liu received her B.F.A. from San Francisco Art institute and enrolled in the M.F.A program, Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is known for her works on paper, created with ink and acrylic pigments. Liu has received several accolades including a Critics' Choice Television Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and a Seoul International Drama Award, in addition to a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award.
