Biography:
Trekinetic is a British company founded in 2006 by engineer Mike Spindle. The company specializes in the production of ultra-lightweight, high-performance, all-terrain manual and powered wheelchairs. Trekinetic's mission is to fundamentally improve the wheelchair experience for everyone, with a belief that wheelchair users should have the same access to the planet as everyone else. The company's first designs were born in 2000, and after six years of research and development, the Trekinetic K2 was launched in 2006.
