Cuoghi Corsello is an artistic duo formed by Monica Cuoghi and Claudio Corsello, who have been active in Bologna for over 30 years. They began working together in the mid-1980s and became known for their street art, which often featured stylized animal figures. They experimented with various mediums, including performance, installations, wall paintings, photos, videos, music, and animations. They often worked in unconventional places, such as squatted factories or abandoned industrial spaces. They are known for their use of 'oggetti orfani' (orphan objects), which they redeem from their fate through aesthetic transposition.
