Biography:

Nicolaus Kremer, also known as Nikolaus Kremer, was a German painter born in Strasbourg around 1500. He joined the artists' guild in Strasbourg in 1521 after marrying Christina zum Han. Kremer is known for his portrait drawings and paintings, including the 'Portrait of a Nobleman' dated 1529. He was active until 1553.
