The Nottingham workshop was a group of artists based in Nottingham, England, who were active during the late medieval period. They were known for their work in sculpture, particularly in the creation of religious statues and architectural carvings. The workshop produced a number of notable works, including the sculpture 'St. Anne teaching the Virgin Mary to read' (1400). Despite their importance in the development of English Gothic art, little is known about the individual members of the Nottingham workshop or their specific contributions to the group's output.
