Biography:
Orest Dubay is a contemporary Slovak artist. He was born in Bratislava, Slovakia in 1954. Dubay studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava from 1972 to 1978. His art activity is concentrated on graphic arts (silk-screen printing), painting and computer graphic art. Dubay's work is based on the exploration of the relationship between man and nature, and the impact of technology on the environment. He has exhibited his work in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Slovakia and internationally.
