Biography:

P. Kevin Morley is a photographer from Richmond, Virginia, United States. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and worked as a photojournalist at the Richmond Times-Dispatch for 34 years. During his time at the Richmond Times-Dispatch, he was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and won numerous state and national awards. Morley is currently a photographer at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the author of the book 'Photoadventures: Real Stories About Real Pictures by an Unfamous Photographer', which provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse of assignments he shot during his time as a photojournalist. Morley is known for his photography of the Church Hill Tunnel, a former Chesapeake and Ohio Railway tunnel that collapsed in 1925, trapping a steam locomotive and ten flat cars. He explored portions of the tunnel with professional caving personnel and equipment in 1998.
