Patrick Ambrose Lewis Heriz-Smith was born at Christchurch, Hampshire on 11 November 1920, son of Revd Eustace Heriz-Smith and his wife, Dorothy. He was a British artist known for his ship models, including the Prison or convict hulk YORK. He died in 2011.
