Biography:

Samsudin Wahab is a Malaysian artist born in 1984. He majored in printmaking and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UiTM, Shah Alam in 2007. Samsudin's art is a mixture of fantasy and reality, often incorporating current affairs and symbolism. He has exhibited his work in group shows in Malaysia and held solo exhibitions, including 'Enough!' in Kuala Lumpur in 2008. Samsudin was granted the Rimbun Dahan 15th Australia-Malaysia Visual Arts Residency in 2009 and won the Malaysia Emerging Artist (MEA) Award in the same year. His work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from $562 to $14,693 USD.
