Simon Claesz. (II) van Waterlant, also known as Simon Claesz. the Younger, was a Dutch painter born in Haarlem in 1576. He was the son of Simon Claesz. (I) van Waterlant, also a painter. Simon Claesz. (II) was known for his still life paintings, particularly of flowers and fruit. He died in 1621.
