He is the President of the Maison Gattinoni, a renowned Italian fashion house founded in 1946 by Fernanda Gattinoni. Dominella joined the brand in 1993, and in 1996, he became the President of the Maison. Under his leadership, the brand has expanded its product range and has gained international recognition. Dominella is also a lecturer and a member of the board of directors of various institutions related to fashion and design.
