Biography:
Viacheslav Kovtun, also known as V. Kovtun, was born on August 27, 1980, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. He received his Ph.D. degree in information and measuring systems in 2006 and his Dr.Sc. degree in information technologies in 2021. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Computer Control Systems at Vinnytsia National Technical University in Ukraine. His research interests include info-communication technologies, systems analysis, mathematical modeling, dependability assessment, pattern recognition, signal processing, machine learning, speaker recognition, and computer linguistics.
