Biography:
Willem Hendrik van den Berg was a student of his father, Andries van den Berg, of the Academy in The Hague and Willem van Konijnenburg, who had a lot of influence on him. He painted and watercolored landscapes, still lifes, and portraits. He was a member of the Pulchri Studio in The Hague and exhibited his work in the Netherlands and abroad. He was also a teacher and had many students. He died in Leiden in 1970.
