Bottega di Nicholaus was an Italian sculptor active between 1122 and 1139. He is considered one of the main masters of Italian Romanesque art. The workshop of Nicholaus created several notable works, including the Protiro with telamoni and stories of Christ in Ferrara Cathedral. The artist's style shows influences from Byzantine art.
