The surface of the elongated, pierced pendant is partially covered with enamel. It shows sycamore leaves and burs (Platanus acerifolia) on a coiling branch. Under the top leaf, there is a female profile, looking to the left. The face is enamelled greenish brown, the branch is brown, the round burs are orange.
