A trolley belonging to the Santa Monica Air Line on the railroad bridge over Chautauqua at the mouth of Santa Monica Canyon. Southeast of the bridge, a small group of people are waiting at a station structure. The Santa Monica Air Line was a Pacific Electric trolley that ran from Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles between 1909 and1953. Photograph inscribed (handwritten):
