Biographie:

Tomoko Sawada est un photographe féministe japonais et artiste de performance. Elle a été incluse dans de nombreux spectacles de groupe au Japon, en Europe et aux États-Unis. Sa première exposition solo était en 1997 au Japan's Gallery Chat. En 2004, elle a reçu le prestigieux prix Kimura Ihei Memorial Photography Award for Young Japanese Photographer ainsi que le prix International Center of Photography Infinity dans la catégorie Jeune Photographe.
