Antonis Donef is a Greek artist born in 1978. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts from 1999 to 2004 and also attended the University of Fine Arts in Madrid from 2002 to 2003. Known for his calligraphic drawings, Donef captures a new personal view of knowledge in his works. His artworks have been featured in numerous key galleries and museums such as Kalfayan Galleries, Athens, the UAE Royal Family Collection, the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority Collection, and more. He has also received awards like the 'Art House Shanghai Residency Award' in 2010. In his exhibitions, he often explores themes of time, selflessness, and surreal worlds through intricate collages that depict disorienting fractals not resembling ordinary reality.
