Chen Baiyi (1926-2014) fue un artista chino, pintor y profesor. Nació en Shaoyang, provincia de Hunan, China. Chen Baiyi se graduó de Huazhong Arts College en 1946 y se convirtió en un artista nacional de primera clase. He was known for his meticulous figure pinturas and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council.
