Denis Patrakeev, also known as Denis Patraleev, was born in 1987 in St. Petersburg, Russia. He attended the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, Faculty of Fine Arts, from 2002-2009. Patrakeev is a member of the Artists Union and has been ranked among the Top 100,000 on ArtFacts. He has had several solo exhibitions, including at the General Staff Building, Shtager Gallery, and Elephant & Castle Experimental Space. His works often explore themes of time, eternity, and nature, and have been featured in the permanent collection of the Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art. Patrakeev's practice has been described as reflecting on the concepts of time and eternity, the imagery found in nature, and the knowledge of God.
