Ergin Çavuşoğlu is a Turkish artist born in Targovishte, Bulgaria in 1968. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts, Sofia, Marmara University, Istanbul, Goldsmiths College, London, and the University of Portsmouth. He co-represented Turkey at the 50th Venice Biennale in 2003. He is known for his multimedia installations, animations, and drawings. He has exhibited in numerous international museums and biennials, including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York, and the Istanbul Biennial. He currently lives and works in London.
