Radice was part of a group called "astrattisti comaschi", which was an early reference to European experiences of abstract art. He was fascinated by rationalist architecture and worked closely with prominent Italian rationalist architects, such as Giuseppe Terragni, Lingeri, Sartoris, and Cattaneo.

Abstract Art and Notable Works

Radice's abstract frescoes, created between 1933 and 1936 for the famous Casa del Fascio in Como, were a masterpiece of municipal building designed by Giuseppe Terragni for the National Fascist Party. Although these frescoes were destroyed at the end of World War II, photographic documentation still exists. His works have been exhibited nine times at the Venice Biennale from 1940 to 1979.
