Daniella Ddamba Nanziri is a Ugandan artist born in 1999 in Kampala. She is known for her paintings that celebrate African beauty and empower young women. Her works often depict African hair and skin, and are inspired by her own personal experiences as a dark-skinned girl with course hair. She studied Design and Technology at the British School of Kampala and Economics and Mathematics at the African Leadership Academy. Daniella's art is a form of rebellion, encouraging self-love and self-acceptance.
