Gal Weinstein is an Israeli artist, born in 1970 in Ramat Gan, Israel. He lives and works in Tel Aviv. Weinstein is known for his sensitivity to material and space in his works, which often deal with political and social issues. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Israel and internationally, and his works are held in various public and private collections. Weinstein has received several awards and prizes for his work, including the Israel Cultural Excellence Award in 2004 and the Beatrice S. Kolliner Young Israeli Artist Award in 2006.
