She was born in 1945 in Kampung Merabau, Sabah, and has dedicated her life to mastering the art of Mugah weaving. Her expertise in this field has earned her recognition as a Mugah Weaving Master Craftsman. Sabnah's creations have been used as traditional costumes during grand ceremonies and weddings, and her designs reflect the lifestyle and culture elements of the Iranun tribe.
