Biografi:

Song Nian was a Singaporean Asian Modern & Contemporary artist who was born in 1911. He was born in Jiangsu, China and became a monk and was ordained at the age of 22. He moved to Singapore in the 1960s and became the abbot of a temple. He was known for his Chinese calligraphy and scroll painting. He passed away in 1997.
