Il pannello raffigura il ladro cattivo, uno dei due criminali crocifissi accanto a Gesù al Calvario. Il pannello è stato realizzato a metà del XVI secolo da Corrado de Mochis di Colonia basato su un cartone animato da un maestro tedesco. Attualmente è in mostra nel Museo del Duomo - accanto al pannello gemello raffigurante il Buon Ladro - l'opera originariamente doveva essere parte di una scena grandioso della Crocifissione, lasciata incompiuta all'inizio del XVI secolo da Pietro da Velate per la grande finestra V19, dedicata al Nuovo Testamento.
