Ci sono un paio di caratteristiche interessanti su questo dipinto in termini di tecnica e texture. Se si può vedere le forme bersaglio nella figura femminile sono in realtà inscritte. Quindi, ha usato probabilmente una sorta di bussola o dispositivo circolare per effettivamente fare queste forme circolari nella vernice, quindi ha una sorta di profondità ad esso.E poi, in termini di vernice smalto, si può vedere dove ha rivestito lo sfondo intorno alla firma e intorno all'iscrizione in cima, lasciando gli strati sotto visibili intorno a quelle aree.
