L'iniziale B segna l'inizio dell'introito alla Messa per la Domenica della Trinità: Benedicta sit sancta Trinitas ("Beata la Santissima Trinità"). Nella metà superiore dell'iniziale, le tre persone della Trinità sono seduti su un trono di serafini rossi, e sotto di loro sono dieci angeli vestiti di bianco. Negli angoli superiori del confine d'oro, due profeti di lunghezza busta si dirigono verso la Trinità; parzialmente visibile nell'angolo in basso a sinistra è la figura busto-lunghezza di un monaco Olivetano bianco-clad. Questo taglio è uno degli undici frammenti superstiti di un Gradual perso dipinto circa 1387 per il monastero Olivetan di San Miniato al Monte a Firenze.
