Carlos Alberto Osorio Zambrano is a general and politician from Guatemala. He was born in Barberena, Guatemala in 1964. He served as the Minister of the Presidency and Government Management in 2017, and as the Minister of Food in Guatemala between 2010 and 2013, and again in 2015. He is currently the Vice Minister of Food in Guatemala.
