Faizrakhman Abdrakhmanovich Aminov was born on January 1, 1931, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He was a well-known Uzbek artist, famous for his drawings and paintings. Aminov studied at the Tashkent Art School from 1946 to 1950 and then at the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow from 1951 to 1957. He was a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR and the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. Aminov's works are held in many museums and private collections in Uzbekistan and abroad. He died on December 31, 2002, in Tashkent.
