Lin Chien-Jung is a Taiwanese artist born in Taipei in 1971. He is known for his use of light and shadow trajectories to explore contemporary art. His series of lightbulb figures are collected in major art institutions and displayed in exhibitions. Lin Chien-Jung is also an interventional cardiologist, specializing in the use of stents to open up blocked heart arteries. He is a researcher with numerous publications and a doctor of Chinese medicine. He is currently an attending physician in the Department of Chinese Medicine at Tri-Service General Hospital in Taipei.
