De Witt McClellan Lockman was an American artist. He was born in New York, United States in 1870 and died in 1957. He is known for Portrait, figure, landscape and history painting. He was a recipient of the silver medal at the Panama Pacific Exposition in 1915 and the Lippincott prize at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 1918. He was also a member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters Department of Art.
