Zekan Yoshimitsu, also known as Deme Yoshimitsu Zekan, was a Noh-men uchi (a person who makes Noh masks) from the Momoyama period to the early Edo period. He was born in Ono City, Echizen Province (now Fukui Prefecture) in Japan around 1526. He was a master of making Noh masks and was known for his work in the Edo period. He is traditionally attributed to the creation of the Noh Mask, Ko-omote and the Noh Mask, Hannya.
