Diana Bama is a multidisciplinary artist from Spain, who expresses her work through different mediums and techniques, including urban art, sculpture, drawing, illustration, and tattooing. She turns walls, streets, and skins into the landscapes of her characters. Diana Bama received her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the Facultad de BBAA de San Carlos, UPV, Valencia, Spain, in 2012. She continued her education with a Post-graduate Certification in Investigation + Environment at UNAM, Mexico City, Mexico, from 2018 to 2019, followed by a Master's Degree in Visual Art at the Facultad de Artes y Diseño, UNAM, Mexico City, Mexico, from 2015 to 2017. Diana Bama has been a resident tattoo artist at Not a Gallery in Mexico City, Mexico, since 2023. She has also worked at various tattoo studios, including Puro Tattoo Studio in Milan, Italy; Giahi in Zurich, Switzerland; Chrom__6 in Berlin, Germany; Something Malmö in Malmö, Sweden; Soul of Ink in Copenhagen, Denmark; Tattoo Studio Because in Brussels, Belgium; Sashatattooing in Barcelona, Spain; 1989tattoo in Barcelona, Spain; Odyssee in Hamburg, Germany; and Atelier Eva in Brooklyn, USA. Diana Bama has participated in various solo and group shows, including Contornos Sensibles at NAG in Mexico City, Mexico, in 2022; Nuestra Naturaleza at Ovnibus Roma in Mexico City, Mexico, in 2015; and Salvaje at Foro Indie Rocks in Mexico City, Mexico, in 2021. She has also exhibited her work at various galleries, including GAMA, Mexico City, Mexico; Casa Equis, Mexico City, Mexico; and Street Art Cities, the biggest database of street art from all over the world.
