Manufacture Plissonnier is the name of a french artist born on July 11th, 1913 in Bantanges, France. He died on May 16th, 1995 in Levallois-Perret, France. Gaston Plissonnier was a resistant and politician member of the Parti communiste français (PCF) from 1935 to 1990. He was part of the secrétariat of the PCF from 1956 to 1990, and he was also a member of the Bureau politique from 1964 to 1990. Gaston Plissonnier was made Officer of the Légion d'honneur in 1987 and Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur in 1957.
