Biografia:

Alessandro Anzani was an Italian engineer and entrepreneur who played a significant role in the development of aviation engines in the early 20th century. He was born in Paris in 1877 and began building motorcycle engines in France around 1905. Anzani's engines were known for their compactness and power, and they were chosen to power the airplanes of French aviation pioneer Louis Blériot. One of Anzani's three-cylinder fan engines powered Blériot's historic cross-channel flight in 1909. Anzani continued to design and build engines for aircraft throughout his career, and he died in 1956.
