Biografia:

Brent Cotton is an American artist born in Blackfoot, Idaho in 1972. He was raised on his family's cattle ranch in Idaho, where he learned the basics of art from his grandmother, a talented watercolorist. Cotton is known for his landscape paintings, which he creates in the tonalist/luminist style. He currently lives and works in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. Cotton has won numerous awards for his work, including the Prix de West, and his paintings have been exhibited in galleries and museums across the United States. In addition to his work as an artist, Cotton is also a writer and has published several books on landscape painting. He is a member of the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society.
