Jean Barbet, also known as Jehan Barbet, was a French sculptor born in Paris in 1450 and died in 1501. He was a prominent artist during the late Gothic period and is known for his exceptional work in bronze sculptures. One of his most famous works is the bronze statue of an angel, created in 1475.
