ชีวประวัติ:

Bronka Giurova was born in Shumen, Bulgaria, in 1910. She attended elementary and secondary school in Varna, and later studied at the Academy of Visual Arts in Sofia. In 1937, she completed a Masters program in the Superior School of Illustration in Brussels, Belgium. After returning to Bulgaria, she participated in collective exhibitions both in her home country and abroad. Her first solo exhibition was held in Sofia in 1942. In 1947, she married Bulgarian painter Eliezer Alcheh. Due to their affiliation with the formalist artist collective called The New Ones, they were expelled from the Painters Union and forced to leave Bulgaria in 1951. They lived in Milan for a year before settling in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Giurova had her second solo exhibition in 1955. She continued to work in applied arts, painting fabric designs and giving painting lessons. Giurova passed away in 1955.
