Hans von Miko, also known as Hans Jenusch von Miko (genannt Ungar), was a German painter born in Nuremberg in 1440. He died in 1496. Not much is known about his life and career, but he is credited with creating the Epitaph of Jesse Sax in 1473 using the tempera medium. His style is not well documented, but his work is considered to be of high quality and to have made a significant contribution to the development of German art during the late Middle Ages.
