Khalid Mezaina is an Emirati artist born in Dubai in 1981. He is known for his multidisciplinary practice, which includes drawing, painting, collage, and installation. Mezaina's work often explores themes of identity, memory, and place, drawing from his personal experiences growing up in the UAE. He has exhibited his work in numerous solo and group exhibitions, both locally and internationally. Mezaina is also a co-founder of the art collective 'Dubai Artists' and has been involved in various art initiatives and projects in the UAE. He is currently based in Dubai.
