Miyuki Hamaba is a Japanese quilting artist who has been making quilts for about 20 years. She is an advanced quilting instructor with the Japan Handi-Work Association and has won several awards for her quilts. Her quilt 'With You' took two and a half years to make and won The Nancy Ann Sobel Memorial Fund Award of Merit in Hand Quilting at AQS QuiltWeek. Hamaba's quilts are known for their stunning handmade details and intricate designs. She finds quilting to be the spice that adds excitement and pleasure to her life.
