Qian Ruya, also known as Ruya Qian, is a Chinese artist and photographer. She was born in Suzhou and studied at Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. She then pursued her Master of Fine Arts in Photography at the San Francisco Art Institute in the United States. Qian Ruya is known for her photography and video installations, and has exhibited her work in various galleries and museums, including the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai. She has also been an artist-in-residence at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel. Qian Ruya's work often explores intimate relationships and self-awareness, and she has been recognized for her breakthroughs in these areas. She currently resides in Shanghai, China.
