Soeung Vannara is a Cambodian artist painter of modern art from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He was born in 1962 and graduated with a B.A. from the School of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh in 1985 and a M.A. from Warzaw, Poland in 1990. He is known for his paintings that depict the daily life of Cambodian people and the country's rich cultural heritage. He has exhibited his work in Cambodia, Thailand, Poland, France, and the United States.
