Suresh Muthukulam, also known as S.Suresh Kumar, was born in 1971 in Muthukulam, a hamlet in the Alappuzha district of Kerala State, India. He is a well-known artist in the field of Kerala Mural Painting. He was born as the sixth child to K.Sukumaran and Pulamaja. He is a self-taught artist who started painting at a very young age. He has been practicing and promoting Kerala Mural Painting for more than two decades. He has conducted numerous workshops and exhibitions in India and abroad. He has won several awards and recognitions for his contributions to the field of art and culture. He is also a visiting faculty at several art institutions and universities. He is also involved in various social and cultural activities and is a member of several art associations and organizations.
