Viacheslav Kalinin is a Russian painter and graphic artist, born in Moscow in 1939. He acquired a profession of cabinetmaker in the Abramtsevo Art School and Abramtsevo. He is known for his paintings and graphics, which often depict the everyday and supernatural life of Muscovite bohemians. He has exhibited in various galleries and museums, including the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. He is also a participant in the European Rogaining Championships.
