Allison’s work is inspired by nature, her relationships with other women, and the small moments and observations of daily life. She is continually inspired by the beauty and complexity of the natural world and the relationships between people and their environment. Allison’s work is often created using mixed media techniques, building delicate patterns and textures that at first glance, seem like abstractions but rapidly begin to reveal recognizable forms and shapes.
