Pradyumna Kumar Mahanandia, also known as PK Mahanandia, is an Indian-born Swedish artist. He was born in 1949 in Athmallik, India, and is best known for his journey by bicycle from New Delhi to Borås, Sweden in 1977 to meet his lover, Charlotte Von Schedvin. He is also known for his artwork, including a drawing called 'Mango Tree of Life' from 2015. PK Mahanandia is a member of the Dalit community and has faced caste-based discrimination throughout his life. He is also known for his activism against caste-based discrimination and his advocacy for the rights of the Dalit community.
